Welcome to our lovely three room duplex apartment of 86 square meters at Andrassy/Rosza utca with balcony and a roof terrace. Close to many main attractions, the apartment is perfectly located for sightseeing, restaurants, shopping and just relaxing.

The entrance is equipped with a convenient code lock that can be used instead of keys (keys available)
The first floor has a kitchen, dining area, living room, toilet/shower and a large balcony facing a quiet one way street.
The second floor has two separate bedrooms, both equipped with air conditioning, one large bathroom and an 18 square metre roof terrace facing the inner courtyard which makes it very private and tranquil, perfect for enjoying a quiet breakfast, dinner or star gazing.
Kitchen: Fully equipped kitchen with a dishwasher, toaster, Sodastreamer, Nespresso machine, french press, electric kettle and a microwave.
Living room: TV equipped with Chromecast, open for everyone to use. 3x Wireless Phone charger (QI). There is also a Wifi enabled hifi speaker that supports most common music providing services, bluetooth and AUX input is also available. Spotify on your phone will show an available speaker on the network called Unicum music speaker
Bathroom on first floor has a shower and is equipped with a hairdryer.
Bedroom 1: Queen size bed. 2x Wireless phone charger (QI) one on each nightstand.
Bedroom 2: Double size bed. 2x Wireless phone charger (QI) Entrance to roof terrace.
Both bedrooms are equipped with AC and electric blinds for window that are blackout and heat-repelling. AC is centrally controlled and cannot be operated manually via remote control. If you wish a different climate, we will arrange it remotely.
Bathroom 2: Bathtub, toilet, washing machine and a hairdryer
Balcony on first floor is facing the street in north east directions.
Roof terrace at second floor is facing the inner courtyard located in south west directions.
Guests will have access to the entire flat and our house manager is available 24 hours.
